At WorkFolkWear, we stand behind the quality of our durable workwear and apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Gloves
  • Beanies/Hats
  • Custom Athletic Team Apparel & Clothes (due to personalization)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send back any items without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your return items including all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your package to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item for quality control purposes

International Returns

For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
